| SCOPE & DUTIES |
Lead, assist and support with the implementation of hhc (human health care) initiatives globally through
partnerships with Women’s Cancer Advocacy Groups, nonprofit assistance and support programs, etc.
Work with team in providing education and resource navigation in local communities for breast cancer
patients and their circles of care. Assist with marketing and branding pilot initiatives that can support
and sustain outreach in targeted regions and locations. Expand programs to be inclusive of additional
women’s oncology education and needs. Activate increased visibility and credibility to motivate overall
hhc programming and volunteering. Work on concept development and branding with ad agencies and
other launch initiatives.
Coordinate program logistics, lead conference calls to ensure program meets goals, and communicate
findings to EVMS leadership. Prepare PR strategy. Work with team to strengthen relationships with
patient advocacy group.

| REQUIREMENTS |
Bachelor’s Degree Required. Minimum 2 years in Marketing within the pharma industry required. Up to 5
years of experience in Oncology, pharma preferred. Other therapeutic areas are ok. Experience in
Marketing and Advocacy is required. Pharmaceutical industry required. Strong communication skills.
Must be a solid leader and a team player. Experience with MS Office, Word/Excel/PP. The job is best
suited for tactical-related minds, operationally driven people, and detail oriented people with a good
self-starter attitude.
SALARY RANGE
Company offers an extremely exciting 12+month Consulting Assignment and competitive hourly rate.
