Our name was derived with a vision for the culture I wanted to establish for our firm. One with a personal touch where all client and candidate interactions are handled with the greatest, personal care. Having spent many years behind a corporate desk, my extensive human resources experience has proven to be invaluable into translating client’s needs into real deliverables. Cultivating relationships, building trust and credibility have been at the forefront of my approach.
As a Business Owner, Mom & Wife, Work-Life Balance has kept me focused on what’s important in Life. I now try to live by a simple philosophy, which is to allow myself to DREAM! And believe me dreams do come true. Every success begins with the launching of a DREAM!

With over 25 years experience, she has held a variety of human resources management positions with oversight for people strategies, programs & processes in both large and smaller growth companies, namely within the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech industries.
She is the founder of Person 2 Person, LLC which specializes in human resources consulting, career counseling and executive search in Life Sciences. She has placed over 400+ employees with Fortune 500 firms nationally.
Her strengths include recruiting & staffing, employee relations, organization development & training, change leadership, performance management, talent planning and employee development, policy & procedure compliance. She is a high energy, customer focused professional who strives to balance her passion for HR with fun and innovative solutions.
