We offer human resources consulting, executive recruiting, and career coaching and resume preparation services.
We are currently looking for a part-time recruiting assistant to help with the following duties:
- Posting jobs and openings to our website
- Posting jobs and openings to external job boards (Indeed, Monster, Linkedin)
- Recruiting for entry-level roles
- Maintaining and updating our website
- Manage Social Media Updates including Facebook & Pinterest
- Logging in resumes, reviewing resumes, contacting & screening candidates, scheduling phone screens for Manager
- Updating and maintaining calendar
- Business Development Activities & Marketing Mailings
The ideal candidate will be organized, assertive and needs really SUPER PC skills. (MS Office, Internet Savvy, Web Design a +)
Self-motivated and disciplined to work in a high productivity environment and possess an influential personality with a drive towards success.

Hours can be very flexible to work around school schedule (perfect for a student)
